What is National Leadership Development Day?

National Leadership Development Day began in 2019 as a “day of giving” by leadership development experts to give back to their communities.

Now in its 5th year, NLDD 2023 will feature expert speakers on the topics of: trust in the workplace, coaching to improve performance, communicating visually for better understanding,  the leadership lessons to be learned from the characters in Mary Poppins (with a little bit of razmataz thrown in!), and how to adjust to the “New Next” since the business world moves too fast for there to be a “new normal.”

Be prepared to take a lot of notes as our speakers will be providing tips and techniques that you can put into practice immediately – either to develop your own leadership skills or the skills of those you lead.
